I saw this on another blog too. It made me remember how hard it was for my Mom to have us all go to the UAE for a year. And I took a grandbaby with me! But I emailed her every single day and we talked twice each weekend. The year went fast and now she is overjoyed to have us home!
I have totally thought though how devastating it would be for me to have Eleanor go off far away, even though like this mom, I would want the most for her and to get in lots of exploring.....
