I've started working on a hat, just on a whim, to try some two-color work. I love it! I have to concentrate when I'm knitting so I can keep track of where I am in the chart, but it's really fun to see the pattern emerge, and I think I've finally got the idea of how to keep the strands going along the back. There is a broad cuff on this, and then you turn the work and do the body of it. I like it so far!
This is the sock I'm working on, when I don't have the ability to concentrate as closely as I need to for that hat.And then there is this little red hat I made for Dulaan.
These are the roses from the bush in my front garden. Sorry the photo is so out of focus. I think my own vision is off this morning. Hmm, if that's the case, maybe it really is in focus and my own world is off?
