Wow - this one might be challenging for me, because I generally don't like to do things like this, but it's probably a good exercise. Also, I've been having a challenging week, and reminding myself that there are things I do well will be helpful. (don't worry, friends, its just been a lot of little things that bug a worrier)

- kissing (just ask Mike!)
- being creative - thinking outside the box
- making new friends
- smiling
- worrying
- getting distrac
